Up to 10 hours of system administration work, per server. 5 of these are allocated towards monitoring and security updates.

Log auditing for unusual activity
Consultation on server configuration and upgrade selection as needed
Third party software installation assistance for common packages.
Regular performance review and audit of system configurations.
Additional Services
Live support (Phone, IRC, ICQ, MSN, YM) billed in 15 minute increments.
Additional hours must be authorized and prepaid at our regular hourly rate or otherwise agreed to in writing.
