Our packages include server monitoring tools, security tools and reports, product selection and server advice when you need it, and more. All services are provided twenty four hours a day, seven days a week via phone, trouble ticket and also via instant messaging.
We have been providing network security services for people and businesses since 1992. Our staff is thoroughly familiar with the state of the industry and current security issues, firewalling, and auditing.
Our standard management package is designed for the business enterprise, web designer, or web host, who would rather spend their time focusing on their business, than keeping up with all the details of managing and securing servers.

Consultation on server configuration and upgrade selection as needed

Additional Services
Live support (Phone, IRC, ICQ, MSN, YM) billed in 15 minute increments.
Additional hours must be authorized and prepaid at our regular hourly rate or otherwise agreed to in writing.
